Advertiser & Lending Disclosures

Important information about who we are, how our loan request works, what loans may cost and how we make money.

Independent site disclosure

SpotloanApplyUSA (spotloanapplyusa.com) is an independent online loan-request service. We are not Spotloan, Ningo Lending LLC or BlueChip Financial, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them or the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians. Information about Spotloan on this site is provided for education and comparison only. To apply for a Spotloan, visit spotloan.com directly.

Lender-matching disclosure

We do not make loans or credit decisions. When you submit our free form, we share your request with third-party lenders and lending partners in our network. Requests can range from $200 to $5,000. Not everyone is matched, and submitting a request does not guarantee an offer or approval. Lenders set their own terms, which vary by lender and state. You are not obligated to accept any offer.

Representative example

Representative example: $2,500 repaid over 12 monthly payments at 34.99% APR ≈ $249.90 per month; total repaid ≈ $2,998.74; finance charge ≈ $498.74. Example only; actual offers vary.

APR disclosure

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is the yearly cost of a loan, including interest and certain fees. APRs vary by lender, state, loan amount, term and your credit profile. Short-term and small-dollar loan products can carry much higher APRs than traditional bank loans or credit cards. For example, Spotloan's maximum APR is 490%, according to its website. Review the APR and total repayment amount in any loan agreement before you sign. See our Spotloan interest rates guide for more.

State availability

Loan products, amounts and terms are not available in every state. Some lenders don't operate in certain states, and state laws affect what may be offered. The lenders in our network, and the terms they may offer, depend on where you live. For Spotloan's own state list, see our Spotloan states page.

Credit check disclosure

Many lenders start with a soft inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. However, a lender may run a full (hard) credit check or check alternative credit sources before final approval. Lenders may also verify your identity, income and bank account. Submitting a request may lead to a credit check by one or more lenders.

Late payment and non-payment

Missing a payment can have serious consequences. Depending on your loan agreement and state law, a lender may charge late fees or additional interest, report late or unpaid amounts to credit reporting agencies, or send your account to a collection agency. Some lenders may try to renew or extend a loan, which can add cost. Before you borrow, read the lender's policies on late payments, non-payment and renewals. If you're struggling, contact your lender as early as possible.

How we make money

Our site and loan-request form are free to use. Lenders and partners in our network may pay us when you're matched with them. This payment doesn't change what you pay a lender. It also doesn't affect our editorial content, as explained in our editorial policy.
